I'd like to activate the team portion of our web site.   The following is a list of teams we know for sure are formed.  We will hopefully be adding additional teams.  We could potentially have 3 teams at every age level for both boys and girls, so I'm not sure how you'd set these up so when we look at our site they would all be in order. 

I'd like to set up two levels:

The first level will be gender -- boys / girls

Boys should have the following teams set up under them with room for expansion as teams are completed:

U10 Boys (Gold)

U11C2

U13C2

U16C1

The girls level should  have the  following teams

U11C2

U13C3

U14C2

U15C2

U16C1

U16C3 HOCHSPRUNG

U16C3 MCELLIGOT

Done.  As added, the teams are listed in alpha-numeric order.  We can add more at anytime.

Is there a way in the team page to update the calendar with more than one date at at time or at a minimum have it not jump back to the main screen, page down to where we add another date and add it?

We have games, scrimmages, tournaments, but is there a way we can add a line for practices so we can have one combined calendar?  

Right now we can only see up to May.  Can we get this extended at least through August?  Our parents are trying to set up their summer vacations and it would help if we could get our tournaments listed out on a calendar.

Is there a way to look at a month at a time calendar as well?

The team page calendar is currently set up so you can edit an entire month at a time.

We are looking at letting people define the "type" entries in the next version.

We just added months through August.

You currently have a month ata time calendar.  Therefore, I'm not sure I understand the question.
